How do I know which treatment or program is right for me?
Every patient is different, which is why Optimal Hormones Plus takes a personalized approach.

Your journey typically begins with a consultation and, when appropriate, comprehensive lab testing.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first visit is an opportunity to discuss your health concerns, symptoms, goals, and medical history with a provider.

Depending on your needs, laboratory testing may be recommended to provide a more complete picture of your health.
Do I need lab work before starting treatment?
Many of our programs require laboratory testing before treatment recommendations can be made.

Lab work allows our providers to evaluate important health markers and determine whether a particular treatment is appropriate for you.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Optimal Hormones Plus offers telehealth services for certain patients and services, allowing you to meet virtually with a licensed provider, review lab results, discuss your health goals, and receive ongoing follow-up care when appropriate.
Do you accept insurance?
Optimal Hormones Plus is a cash-pay medical practice and does not participate with insurance for most services. Patients are responsible for payment at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary from person to person and depend on the service, your individual health, and how your body responds to treatment.
